  • Xavier I thoroughly enjoyed this week. Tutor was knowledgeable, helpful, humorous and his experience in the trade meant he could teach us many techniques to adapt to our tasks, to make even the more difficult tasks seamless. These techniques will stay with me for life. There were many times where I did get things wrong and waste resources but my tutor was very patient and understanding. The equipment was very safe and we all contributed to safe use and cleanliness. Other students at various stages, other tutors and the invigilator were also lovely people. It was a very positive first week and I am looking forward to learning more and growing into a superb asset to the plumbing trade.
