When you fill in the enquiry form, we process:
- Your Name, Title, email address and telephone number – in order for a dedicated trades training provider to contact you with more information you have requested regarding the trades courses you are interested in
- Your address and postcode – in order for a dedicated trades training provider to contact you and provide you with more information
- Your employment status and if you are older than 18 years – to verify at the point of collection to determine if you meet the selection criteria for the trades courses you are interested in
- Other information such as if you have a PC and courses you are interested in – in order for a dedicated trades training provider to provide you with relevant information about the trades courses you are interested in
We collect and process personal information listed above, when you voluntarily provide them to us by filling and submitting the enquiry form solely to pass them to a dedicated UK Trades training provider to contact you with further information you have requested about trades courses you are interested in.
The processing of your personal data when you fill in the enquiry form is based on your consent. We do not collect any personal data listed above unless you agree and consent to the processing of your personal information.

How long we hold your data for
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary. We hold data you entered in the enquiry form for a period of 612 months; after that period we delete all data. The reason is that we may need it for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims and to identify you as a person shall you withdraw your consent so we can also notify the dedicated UK Trades training provider about your consent withdrawal so they can update their file as well.

We share your personal data (when you make an enquiry through our website) with a nominated and dedicated UK trades training provider – we pass on to them the personal data you voluntarily submitted into the enquiry form, so the training providery can (or a representative working on their behalf) contact you directly, by calling you, in order to provide you with more information you have requested by submitting the enquiry form, more information about their trades training courses and advise you on course selection.
